At The Joy Collective, we deliver engaging and spiritually enriching speaking engagements that bridge the gap between profound theological insights and practical business strategies.

Our speakers, steeped in religious studies and expert knowledge, tap into the spiritual foundations that foster true leadership and transformative experiences. Drawing on the principles outlined in 'The 4 Pillars', they focus on personal growth, community impact, theological depth, and sustainable leadership practices. Whether inspiring a corporate team, enhancing a leadership retreat, or enriching a community gathering, our speakers tailor their presentations to meet the spiritual and professional needs of your audience.

Let us help you create an unforgettable event that nurtures both the souls and the skill sets of all attendees, ensuring they leave equipped for both personal and collective success.

Topic Details:

  1. Navigating Life's Shifting Sands: This topic explores the metaphor of building on sand versus rock, teaching resilience and adaptability in the face of life's constant changes and challenges.
  2. From Enthusiast to Auditor: Discusses the journey from passionate faith to a more measured, perhaps overly analytical, approach to spirituality. It warns against losing the vibrancy of faith in the minutiae of doctrine and ritual.
  3. What God's Love Is Like: An exploration of the vastness and intimacy of God's love, likened to overwhelming yet familiar experiences, aiming to bring a tangible understanding of divine affection.
  4. A Note on Recurring Fears: Addresses the common human experience of recurring fears and how recognizing and confronting these fears can lead to personal growth and spiritual deepening.
  5. The Deep Well of Lament: Differentiates between lament and complaint, emphasizing lament as a spiritually rich practice that leads to healing and connection with God, while complaint traps us in negativity.
  6. Discovering the Inner Auditor: Focuses on the inner shift from experiencing faith as a dynamic and enriching part of life to treating it as a set of problems to solve, which can lead to spiritual dryness and disillusionment.

Will Acuff

Originating from Durham, NC, and raised in Hudson, MA, Will’s journey transcends personal success to embody a profound commitment to social change, deeply rooted in his belief in God’s radical grace. This belief forms the foundation of his vision for a society characterized by sacrificial love and a deep commitment to community wellbeing.

With an education from North Carolina State University and a master’s from Reformed Theological Seminary, Will’s academic path has been guided by a desire to live out God’s grace daily. Together, they aim to turn the ideals of equity and opportunity into lived realities for all.

Beyond his professional undertakings, Will is a passionate Dad and Husband, sharing his life with Tiffany and their two wonderful children, Raylan and Penelope. His life outside of work and advocacy is rich with hobbies that reflect his adventurous spirit—dirt biking, photography, surfing, and walks with his massive Great Pyrenees. Above all of these hobbies he loves to read most of all.
