Chris Tyrrell

Chris earned his B.B.A. in Business Management from Belmont University and then his M.A. in Practical Theology through Regent University, with his graduate work focused around pastoral theology and pastoral counseling. He desires to help people reintegrate the rhythms of spiritual disciplines such as stillness, silence, and solitude into the cadence of modern living. He grew up in church leadership, leading worship throughout his high school years, which eventually led to a career in the music industry touring with headlining acts all over the world. Currently, he is Director of Operations for Resilient Love, a team of clinical therapists who lead group therapy intensives for which he helps guide spiritual formation and facilitates business operations.

Chris has a heart for people in leadership positions and he has walked with many leaders through seasons of loneliness and desperation. He has a passion for integrating emotional health and cognitive intelligence with theological truths of scripture through honest conversations and intentional spiritual disciplines.
